Mammoth Moving & Storage was hired by UCSB to move and partially install a 2.5 ton equipment into a small lab space with extremely tight clearances and tolerances. While the task at first seemed daunting, it quickly became a pleasure with the help from Mammoth Moving. We could not have made it here today without your support and above all flexibility. Whether we were presented with date changes or pouring rain, just to name a few, the Mammoth team handled it all so effortlessly. This project has been extremely challenging in numerous ways and it was always a great comfort to know that you all were up for whatever curve ball came your way. Last Saturday you send a crew to load our 28' ABF UPack trailer. From the beginning, we had thought that we could do the job -- until we were told by a couple of different professional movers that we'd never get our household into the trailer. So, we contacted you folks, with the hope that you could maybe squeeze everything in. So, we decided to bite the bullet and pay the price for some peace of mind. And, let us tell you, it would have been worth it at twice the price!
We're still totally in awe at the job that Marcel and Peter did. You'd told us ahead of time that we might get your "best" loader, Marcel. And, indeed, he showed up, and five hours later the trailer was packed, with five feet to spare. Marcel is a master, and we still can't believe the magic he performed. He even loaded everything in our optional, "would love to have it, but understand if it doesn't fit" pile. In fact, I pulled a couple of items from our throw-away pile, just to fill a couple of holes. We had to force them to take a lunch break, and even then we could see they were antsy to get back on the job. They are both professional, courteous, and a joy to work with.
If you ever need further testimonial, just let us know. If the rest of your crews are anything like Marcel, then you can rest assured that you have the best act in town.
